What is the Premium Email Support?

CrossFTP's Premium Email support means our email support's response time within 1 business day. Please use your registered email address (For CrossFTP client, you can find it at Help -> About) to contact us.
To get the premium Email support, there are two approaches:
  1. By purchasing the CrossFTP client's license, you are qualified to get one year premium Email support for the CrossFTP Client, starting from the date that we issue you the license.
  2. You can renew the Premium Email support service annually by a competitive price.
