response time within 1 business day. Please use your registered email address (For CrossFTP client, you can find it at Help -> About) to
contact us.
To get the premium Email support, there are two approaches:
- By purchasing the CrossFTP client's license, you are qualified to get one year premium Email support for the CrossFTP Client, starting from the date that we issue you the license.
- You can renew the Premium Email support service annually by a competitive price.
